Training Skills
A majority of what people learn at work about work is on the job, which is one reason why training skills are essential to impart the skills or knowledge efficiently. The many highly skilled and knowledgeable people’s capabilities are not leveraged because they have insufficient skills to effectively structure and deliver training to both internal and external customers. This program is good for such people and also for those who are moving into a dedicated training role.

Delivery Modes
We will customize the program to suit the participants’ needs. This is best done as a two-day program with video feedback. Where the participants’ roles are dedicated trainers (we suggest a 3 day program), we can do the program on site and use actual trainees in the practice sessions.

We recommend a maximum of eight participants because of the number of practice sessions each participant undertakes.
