The ability to overcome the ‘world’s greatest fear’ is critical for influencing groups of people whether they are within or outside the organisation. Presentation skills are necessary for being effective and efficient in achieving the desired objective.
The skills are learnable and they add tremendous value to the individual and their organisation. This is particularly of value for those who are the public face of the organisation, whether by design or default (eg technical experts who have to visit customer premises). |
