Outdoor Learning Option We have extensive experience in structuring outdoor activities that challenge and stimulate participants to learn by experiencing the range of skills for effective leadership. We can design a program that is wholly outdoor, one which is a mixture of indoor and outdoor learning.

and challenge current belief systems and values that influence the metrics chosen, which today determine what constitutes corporate success.
This is truly a leadership evolution tour – one that travels to embedded knowledge and brings it into the light of collective awareness of powerful people, who can make a significant difference in the future.

There will be no lectures from luminaries, as you are the luminaries,
however, we will introduce you to the art of ‘Presencing’, reflective practice and theatre, among other collaborative technologies, which will help you shrug off mindsets that could limit our inquiry.
You will look at your own mindsets and skills, analyse them and discover ways of improving them. You will look at how your organization works and what it can do to be more and create a future for all.
We look at leaders’ values, conflict management, and decision making in
a different perspective to what is conventionally applied in
organisational contexts: The basis being to encourage alignment of
people, and bring about truly sustainable organisations in a
sustainable world. Yes, we are reaching for the stars, even if the
journey has started later than it should have, given the challenges our
world is facing – better late than never, don’t you think?
Our experiences through our work and world views clearly indicate that
business can and must significantly contribute to the long term
sustainability of the social, environmental and economic order –
and to the continuous enrichment and growth of the human being on a
much wider scale than it currently does. And we must start now.
